My name is John Blaykes and I used to be fairly overweight. I managed to lose almost half my body weight using the "Calorie Shifting diet". I believe strongly in the quote and that is why I've setup this website. I want to help everyone to experience what a difference achieving your goals can be... Becoming a new person (half my old self) has given me a new perspective on life... I can do all the things I never could before and want to help as many people as I can with my experiences... Once I lost all my body fat, a good friend asked for my help to help change the way he looked. I told him the 3 simple steps that I stuck to (mentioned on this website) and gave him a bit of a helping hand.
