My Diet Success Story...


Hi folks, my name is John Blaykes and I've set up this website to share my dieting struggles and more importantly my dieting successes.

I've had a rough time battling my weight problems... and the most important thing I want to say is that no one should ever have to do it alone.

I found it very hard to play with my 10 year old son, always losing my breath when I'd take him to the park... it wasn't the best feeling in the world.

Summer wasn't the best season for me either because it meant I couldn't wear coats and jackets to hide my fat... My weight problem was not only unhealthy but it didn't do any favours to my self-esteem either.

I reached a point in my life where I couldn't take it anymore... I had to drop the pounds... My son was growing up all too fast and soon he'd be too old to go to the park with his old man.

I tried countless diets and programs... churning through quite a number of them too. Some worked at the start others didn't work at all... The ones that did work a bit, I had to eat boring and bland food for a while and of course once I stopped the few pounds I did lose eventually came back.

I want to share with you a couple of pictures... the only reason why I decided to keep a record of my journey was because after the first 11 days of starting the FatLoss4Idiots program I noticed quite a big change.
